Do you mind if I put this translation into English below?

Your reflections are so profound and I am so grateful to hear that my words resonate with you. It is not doing things more, pushing more, being more perfect, change does happen from within, from a place of compassion and acceptance, from doing things differently.

“There are paragraphs that seem to be written from within. Maintaining excellence when everything is wobbly inside is something that I think is difficult to put into words, but here it is perfectly explained. For me, the key point: it's not doing more, it's doing it differently. That's where the change begins.”

This article resonates with me deeply because I feel like I am exactly the person you describe. I’ve often struggled with impostor syndrome and the pressure to perform perfectly, which has left me exhausted at times. Lately, I’ve been working on calming down, finding balance, and acknowledging these patterns instead of fighting them, and that has helped me a lot. I’ve also learned how important it is to have a supportive family that understands the emotional toll and stands beside me .... that has been key to my success. Thank you for putting into words what so many of us experience but rarely express.

Thank you so much for this beautiful message and reflections. I’m so glad this message has resonated with you. I wrote a book about imposter syndrome (will try and get the link in my bio for those interested) it was astounding how many of us, the further we go up our career the more we experience this phenomenon. I’m a currently redrafting and adding chapters to the book to identify and differentiate high functioning masking from imposter syndrome. .the more I research the nuiance the more I am convinced they are highly integrated concepts. I will add this to the Exceptional Edge to help us all understand the concepts.

Having supportive family is so wonderful, they can give you the unconditional positive regard we all need to thrive 🙏 we have a no masking policy in our home, it supports us all to be ourselves unapologetically.
